Terms of Service

1. Scope

Tech in Two Uploader is a desktop utility designed for uploading a user-selected video file to an authorized TikTok account’s inbox as an unpublished draft.

2. Authorization and Upload Control

The user authorizes their TikTok account through official OAuth, deliberately selects a local video file, and initiates the upload. The uploaded video is sent to the account’s TikTok inbox and remains subject to manual review. The user must configure any desired post settings inside TikTok and manually complete publication. The application does not automatically publish public posts.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• All video files and media selected for upload.
• Ensuring appropriate copyrights, licenses, and permissions for music, imagery, voice, and other included content.
• Configuring post captions, hashtags, and privacy settings.
• Disclosing AI-generated or synthetic content where applicable under platform rules.
• Complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Uses

Users may not use the application for:

• Unauthorized access or attempting to use another person’s TikTok account without permission.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Spamming or sending unsolicited bulk uploads.
• Attempting to bypass TikTok security controls, authorization flows, or API rate limits.
• Publicly sharing or exposing API credentials.

5. Credentials and Security

OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens must remain confidential and should not be shared publicly. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you should revoke application authorization immediately in your TikTok settings.

6. Availability

The application relies on TikTok’s developer APIs. TikTok may modify API availability, rate limits, or policies at any time. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

7. Warranty and Liability

The software is provided as available. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable German or European Union law.

8. Revocation and Termination

Users can revoke the application's access at any time through TikTok account settings. Following revocation, locally stored application data and credentials should be deleted from the device.

9. Independent Application

Tech in Two Uploader is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok is a trademark of its respective owner.

10. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections under applicable law remain unaffected.
